Introducing Dekimu Hub

Apr 24, 2026Dekimu

Until now, Dekimu has been a set of narrow tools. InvoiceUp chases overdue invoices. Miniterms generates privacy documents. HelpMeNegotiate drafts rate conversations. Politeno writes polite refusals. Each one does its job. None of them answered the harder question: where does the whole business live? Today we're shipping Dekimu Hub, the flagship that does.

Hub organizes around four acts every freelancer plays — Builder, Planner, Operator, Designer. Together they cover the arc from an idea to a live business with a public face. Separately, any one of them is useful. Sequenced, they turn Dekimu from a toolbox into an operating system.

Builder — Create

Describe your business in six questions. From an idea, if you're starting fresh. From what you already run, if you're not. Builder generates a starter plan, populates the BusinessProfile that every other act reads from, drafts your first month of decisions, and seeds baseline templates into every satellite you'll use. If you're rebuilding a year in, it remembers your last intake and lets you revise without losing history.

Planner — Organize

Not a one-time wizard. Planner is where you come back every week to review what got actioned. Every quarter to set and check OKRs. Every year to refresh your assumptions. It's also where the compliance calendar lives — DSAR deadlines, tax dates, Verifactu watch. The place the business goes to think, not just execute.

Operator — Run

The daily-use cockpit. Decision Inbox aggregates the twenty most-recent items that need you across every satellite — a client ninety days late, a policy out of sync, a negotiation stalled. Client 360° fans out per-client views in parallel. Runway tracks cash and concentration risk. Activity is the cross-satellite audit timeline. This is where the €49/mo Operator tier lives, for people who already run a business and want one cockpit.

Designer — Ship

Your business gets a public face automatically. A hub-hosted showcase site at your-slug.dekimu.site, pulling from your BusinessProfile, your miniterms ToS and Privacy, and your service catalog. Free hosts with Dekimu attribution. Pro removes it and adds your custom domain. This is the part nobody else in the ecosystem can ship — we own the satellites that feed it, so the legal docs and invoice templates are live, not pasted.

Most tools serve one phase. Hub serves the whole arc — from idea to running business with a showcase site.

Four tiers, no free trial

Free €0 keeps the satellites and the Hub viewer. Operator €49/mo unlocks the daily cockpit. Pro €99/mo bundles every paid feature across the ecosystem — InvoiceUp Pro (concentration risk, statutory late-fee math, sanctions screening, cashflow, runway), miniterms full (DSAR inbox, evidence vault), Designer with custom domain, the cross-module auditor share-link. Team €199/mo is Pro for three users; extra seats €29. There's no free trial because Free is the trial — use it as long as you want, upgrade when the cockpit earns it.

One named exception: miniterms still ships a €49/mo standalone subscription for businesses that need the compliance floor without the rest of the cockpit. Everything else flows through the Hub tiers. There is no standalone InvoiceUp subscription — InvoiceUp basic ships with Operator, InvoiceUp Pro features ship with Pro.

How it connects

Hub auto-detects which satellites have data. If you've never opened miniterms, the legal panes hide until you do. If InvoiceUp has no clients yet, Client 360° ships empty states instead of noise. No configuration screen, no toggles — the system reads what's there. Your Dekimu ID account gives you one login across every app; Hub aggregates the business layer; satellites keep owning their narrow tool jobs. Three layers, one business.

Hub is live at app.dekimu.com. Billing opens soon — the waitlist gets early access and the founding-user price. Build it, plan it, run it, ship it. From one place.
